2. Supporting institutional and programmatic accreditation and meeting its national and international requirements.
3. Developing the measurement of institutional and academic performance and linking it to strategic goals.
4. Disseminating a culture of quality and excellence and fostering institutional participation in development processes.
5. Supporting benchmarking and self-assessment and utilizing best practices in performance development.
Main Tasks
• Preparing and developing policies, standards, and procedures for quality assurance and monitoring their implementation.
• Following up on institutional and programmatic accreditation requirements and managing accreditation and self-assessment files.
• Measuring and analyzing university performance indicators and preparing performance and quality reports.
• Executing self-assessment processes, internal reviews, and benchmarking.
• Following up on improvement plans, corrective and preventive actions, and measuring their impact.
• Disseminating a culture of quality and excellence and implementing training and awareness programs in the field of quality.
• Preparing periodic reports on the level of quality and performance and submitting recommendations to senior management.
